Throughout my 20 year corporate career as an organizational leader & professional business coach, it became abundantly clear to me that I not only had a passion for guiding others to develop a new perspective for life and business in their own way, but also that I had the ability to transfer the skills they needed to be able to do so. Everyday spent in my career I worked to support my clients’ as they developed new beliefs and achieved milestone accomplishments; my role was to be their biggest fan and best accountability partner. Over the years, I found that I had cultivated deep sensitivity and a truly authentic process for delivering my coaching content, which sparked my inner curiosity... was there more that I was being called for? Of course, we know the answer now was a resounding “yes”, but I had to uncover that truth for myself. My career afforded me the opportunity to fuel my gypsy soul and live in dozens of beautiful settings, and as fate stepped in, I found that my season in North Carolina is where I came face-to-face with my “God Called”-soul purpose.

In 2016, my husband Chuck and I were overjoyed to learn that I was pregnant with our second child, and first daughter... we named her Glory. Later, we learned our angel was developing with a fatal diagnosis. In the storm we sought stillness, and we received it by way of an encounter with my lifelong mentor Pastor Faye that changed all of our lives forever.  With the deepest sense of serenity and confidence, we chose to carry Glory to term. We trusted HIS plan and took the ultimate trust fall!

In her peaceful Light, she went to Heaven during full term delivery and she became the first neonatal organ donor at The Cleveland Clinic. We were blessed to carry her with the SOUL (and “sole”) purpose of giving her full honor in her journey, and her spirit chose to bless others with the gift of her neonatal donation. Her gift became her living legacy in those who received, and yet, she gifted me with so much more. Even though Glory doesn’t walk this planet, she continues to inspire and teach fullness of life. She breathes life into me, proclaiming I live with “no fear, no procrastination”... and instead “with soulful purpose”. She calls and leads me everyday to live a life ABOVE the circumstances I may experience.

So, I continue to seek the Truth within The Glory Lessons and God’s amazingness. Throughout my Glory experience, I found that my coaching evolved and that my work was going much deeper into meaning; evoking Knowing with and for my clients on such a level that the corporate world simply could no longer support. Since then, the collective has evolved to serve & support faithful leaders all over the globe and projects the messages Glory whispers to all those who desire to hear. As we see it, my internal compass led me on a path of self-discovery that required me to develop a deeply-rooted faith, and every moment spent seeking Knowledge allowed Claritas Collective to being founded on - and catalyzed by - the power of knowing grace by way of overcoming fear-through Christ alone.
